Diving problem are usually caused by fear so if you are afraid you need to find a way to deal with it. To get rid of belly flopping-tuck your head down more and squeeze your arms above your ears to make a tight streamline. Ask your coach to stay after practice by 5 minutes a day to help you with this. I am sure you will see improvement soon so don’t give up. :)

same with me. it goes arms (or head) then body then feet. just kind of push off the block the same way you would the side of the pool.
